Closing date for applications 16th September

Do you wish you could understand better how Parliament works for women? Do you want to know exactly how you can best engage with Parliament effectively? Do you wish to promote your cause and trigger Parliamentary discussions to effect change?

Now you have the chance to attend a one day training session to understand how Parliament works, understand its structure, and understand how women have made a difference in the last 100 years and how they continue to do so.

At the Evelyn Oldfield Unit we strongly believe that empowering women is key to making society better, more equal and stronger. With the right information, women will be more confident about becoming involved in political issues. This one day Women in Parliament Train the Trainer session is designed for trainers who want to become more confident and more informed about how Parliament works and its history, in order to enable more women to be more participative within Parliament.

We are targeting groups that are currently working with disengaged communities for this one day training course.
